Terms of Use for Daily Decision
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 4CTech, LLC (“4CTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Android mobile application Daily Decision (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App
Daily Decision is a free decision utility that helps you make choices using features such as lists, a wheel, a coin flip, and dice. Version 1.0 does not require a user account or login.
Decision titles, options, and related content you create are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to 4CTech servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing App data may permanently delete local content.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the App. The App is not directed to children under 13.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, 4CTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and in accordance with Google Play’s terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App except where prohibited from restricting that by law; bypass security, billing, or advertising measures; or use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads. We do not control all third-party ad content. Clicking an ad may take you to third-party sites or apps not operated by 4CTech.
6. In-App Purchases (“Remove Ads”)
The App offers a one-time Google Play Billing purchase that permanently removes ads in the App for the corresponding Google Play account entitlement. The product ID is daily_decision_remove_ads.
- Prices are shown in the App / Google Play at purchase time and may vary by region.
- Purchases are processed by Google. Payment, tax, refund, and billing disputes are subject to Google Play’s policies.
- After a successful purchase, ads should be disabled. You may restore purchases when signed into the same eligible Google Play account.
- “Remove Ads” does not include backup of local decision data or additional premium features beyond ad removal.
Except where required by law or Google Play policy, fees are non-refundable once paid.
7. Internet Access and Third-Party Services
Internet access is used for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, and opening external links. The App uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing.
8. Your Content and Local Data
You retain ownership of content you enter into the App and are responsible for it. Daily Decision is a convenience tool for entertainment and personal decision support only. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy for Daily Decision.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by 4CTech or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4CTECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR “REMOVE ADS” IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10).
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, if required by law or platform policy, or if we discontinue the App.
14. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the effective date and post the updated Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law. Courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
16. Google Play
If you obtained the App from Google Play, these Terms are between you and 4CTech, not Google. Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely to the extent needed to enforce rights related to distribution through Google Play.
